QCS Netherlands transports live insects

QCS Netherlands monitors the insects from pickup to the destination airport and will ensure that they arrive in good condition.

No, this is not a wildlife article by David Attenborough. These little creatures are QCS NL’s new cargo. Last April, QCS NL was appointed as one of Koppert’s suppliers. Koppert Biological Systems uses solutions from nature itself. Together with breeders and in partnership with nature, they work to make agriculture and horticulture healthier, safer, more productive and more resilient. This is achieved through the use of natural enemies and microorganisms to control pests and plant diseases, bumblebees for natural pollination, and bio-stimulants that support and strengthen crops both above and below ground. Koppert has a great reputation in this field and exports worldwide.

We now have a weekend shift specifically for this new customer as shipments are picked up on Saturday evening and depart every Sunday for DTW and LAX. Currently QCS NL handles two destinations, but it has been said that the number of destinations will increase. Shipments to Latin and South America have already been requested and price negotiations are currently taking place here. In addition to the weekend line, QCS Netherlands now also flies a regular shipment during the week.
